The process used to clean and rebuild the HEUI Injectors common to the legendary 7.3 powerstroke ford/navistar engine. hi jason great root canal video ( just kidding!) can you drive them on the road?
Im still confused. What are they used for exactly? I thought they were some new house breakers bit i guess not.
I'm curious to know what your overall thoughts on the Laguna LT18 resaw master bandsaw?
Great advice! I've listened to many 20+ year contractors complain about how the ICC is "rigged" because they failed the exam. The reality is that there's a 90% fail rate because experienced contractors often believe their way is the best and that the code should match their 'best' practices. This mindset is flawed. As a general contractor with over 20 years of experience, I always keep my IRC book in my truck for reference. When I see a subcontractor doing something that won't meet code requirements, I refer to the book. Yes, sometimes they get upset, but I don't. This approach ensures I'm not losing money and they can continue making money on future contracts. It's a win-win, even if it bruises a few egos along the way.
Annnnnnd now i will not be doing this myself.
What size sonic cavitation machine did you use? I see many different sizes available.
Do you know if these little Mitsubishi tractors have a three-point drop speed adjustment?
From where can we buy the books ?
Hi can you please show a closeup view of the bookmark tabs you have labeled . Thanks
If the fence is parallel to the blade and the guide bearings are tuned in I never experienced any drift. The power feeder created a very nice result!
I am 2 minutes in and i love this! I am building a pair of 4'x8' doors for my garage to restore its former glory and was gere for inspiration and got it! Subscribed!
Against the house where the sides of the shed meet, what did you do for the small gaps since the siding is rigid?
Build it and they will come In your hot tub... 😄
Excellent though I would say you might consider turning your stone 180 deg while sharpening. Thank you.
seeing your and that nightmare at the port reminds me of why i will never go through that again. i will just have to spend the extra money and buy one already here and street legal. i hate paper work and ports.
Great build halfway through my sense of humor got me and I thought how funny it would have been if you showed laying the tile in real time.
Very nice, I am interested in what kind of wood movement there will be, or how you accounted for that?

Did you ever remove the drums? What was the part number on that transmission filter? Looked like a Baldwin.
Thank you for the info you got my sub will be coming back to this to do mine once I'm ready to tackle mine do you remember about what you spent on tools and new parts?
incredibly beautiful!!!
Are you worried about no ventilation under space or moist on wood? What about animal crawling there ?
How do you deal with horse urine drainage in a wood floor ?
Amazaing. Well done!
Good job !! Learned alot
You are a hero
You are amazing
Great video mate.....I too never where gloves especially doing small work like this. Yes it isnt good for you but nor is fatty food and car exhausts and im sure they kill way more people rhen a bit of oil and carby cleaner. Thanks heaps for the video....great work.
Brian has one of the best insta out there. Creme de la creme of when machinist does woodworking.
That is one gorgeous door! 😍😍😍
Bravo. I find everything about this door beautiful and well done.
I'm doing this job for the first time and starting on my second injector after watching someone else's instructional video but you both put them back together oriented differently then you took them apart.... I'm not sure if I should take the first one back out and swap it or continue assembly the way you show 😥
Put together the way it's taken apart
@@mattm3492 nope, indexed housing 180` on reassembly
@bad89coupe so when you take something apart your supposed to put it together the exact opposite way? Ok gotcha 🤪
@@mattm3492 You could have just said, show me. But instead you want to act like a clown. So answer me this, at 6:56 in video when you lift off the plate, the drainback notch in the base is opposite the clamp "flat side" you refer to it as. Which is the direction of the connector, the top side, which makes sense because that's the bottom. But at 35:30 in the video, you line them all up with drain back notch at the top.

You Sir are a hero
Very Nice Work, I am in my 70s retired Englishman living in France, I used to have my own specialist joinery business back in the UK, And over the years I think I have made literally hundreds of doors all handbuilt and specialist windows wind, mainly barn conversions. So doors and windows were at unusual sizes, Most of my doors that I’ve made over the past years, I’ve been at least 3 inches thick, And I’ve been fitted with high security euro locks , I wish you all the success for the future, keep up the great work,
Top tips! Thanks.
You have answered so many questions for me, thank you so much!
Question, where do you buy the parts from ?
I’ve seen rebuild kits on eBay. Not sure of the quality tho
thankyou.
Nice vedio wonderful clear accent to understand easily.
Air also works quite well to get that cylinder out.
This video is hilarious just because its so pointless 😂😂😂
綺麗に仕上がったね😊
For other watchers… the reason why we’re here starts at 9:30
I can do one in 7 days lots of unnecessary steps in my opinion
lol this is exactly the same as the shitshow in the port at Halifax.
I would love to see or hear how this door held up after 4 seasons of exposure. I would have been scared to apply the finish you did and not use a stave core, but I know a lot of times we over exaggerate the effects of wood movement and the environment. Plus all wood interior or exterior needs maintenance it’s simply a question of how frequently and how labor intensive that process is. Any updates?

I feel so stupid for using a diamond plate to flatten my kanna blade.
Thanks a lot buddy..👍
I wonder if the 3 cylinder engine will fit a D2000 tractor?
